Oh my. It's dark, mean and moody. Not quite what I had in mind but I totally love the result. Note to self, add colours gently. I used lots of paynes grey, black with silver in the darker parts of the painting. The orange band, which didn't quite go to plan, has a lovely depth to it. There is something about this painting that stirs my soul.
