Seascape workshop

Seascapes are the most popular paintings Chris creates. In this half day workshop, Chris will show you how to create your own contemporary seascape. It is fun and slightly messy. You do not need any painting experience to create a seascape.

What’s involved

• The seascape workshop sessions run either in the morning or afternoon

• Morning session 10am -12.30pm, afternoon session 2pm - 4.30pm

• You will create one 28cm x 36cm seascape painting using fluid art

• The canvas and paints will be provided​

 

Course dates

• July - No courses running

• August - Sat 9th & Sun 10th 

• September - Sat 13th, Sun 14th, Sat 20th & Sun 21st

• If you would like to book a course on a weekday (minimum 2 people), please contact Chris to arrange a date.

The cost and booking conditions

• Cost is £50 per person with a maximum of four people per session. 

• Price includes all materials and refreshments 

• To reserve a place you will need to pay the cost of the course in full by bank transfer

• If using a voucher please supply details of the voucher number and issue date 

• There is a minimum number of two people required for a course to run

• All cancellations must be made at least one week before the course date. You will be able to book an alternative date. If your cancellation is made within one day of the course date, it is up to the discretion of Chris whether to rebook. On the rare occasion Chris may have to cancel a course, Chris will aim to let you have at least 24 hours notice. She will transfer your booking to another course date.

• Chris has public liability insurance which covers all workshops.

• Sessions run in Buxted, East Sussex TN22 4JW

For the session

• Tea, coffee, biscuits and gloves provided

• Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on and please bring an apron

• Your painting will need to be left to dry onsite. It can be picked up approx 3 days later once dry.
